  1. Is 18 x 30 Inches the Right Fit?

  • Standard Single Doors (32–36 inches wide): The 18 x 30 inch doormat is a perfect fit for standard single-entry doors. It provides ample surface area to trap dirt while maintaining balanced proportions at the threshold. When centered, it leaves approximately 3 inches of space on each side, creating a clean and visually appealing look.
  • Apartment Doors, Back Doors, and Balcony Entrances: For more compact entrances, such as apartment units or rear patio doors, this size offers optimal coverage without crowding the doorway. It delivers both practicality and style in limited space.
  • Double Doors (60–72 inches wide): While the 18 x 30 inch size can technically be used with double doors, it will not span the full width of the entrance. For better coverage and symmetry, we recommend either upgrading to a larger mat, such as 24 x 48 inches, or placing two 18 x 30-inch mats side by side.

  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging (except for defective items).
  • Exceptions: Personalized items and Gift Cards are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Defective/Damaged: We cover the cost. A prepaid label will be provided.
  • Customer Remorse: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.
