Refund and Return Policy

1. Scope 

This policy applies to all orders delivered within the United States (50 states & D.C.).

2. Return Window 

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for eligible items..

3. Product Condition

  • Eligible items: Must be new, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Defective items: Items with manufacturing defects, misprints, or damage upon arrival are always eligible for return/replacement, regardless of packaging condition.

4. Return Method & Shipping Fees

  • Method: By Mail.
  • Return Label:
    • For Defective/Wrong Items: Download/Print (We provide a prepaid label).
    • For Customer Remorse: Customer Responsibility (Customer organizes and pays for return shipping).
  • Return Shipping Cost:
    • Defective/Wrong Items: Free. We cover the cost.
    • Customer Remorse: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.

5. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized Items: Products customized specifically for you (e.g., your name, custom photo, or specific date printed on the item).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.

6. Refund & Exchange Process

  1. Request: Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if defective). We will review the product status and provide a quick and reasonable solution.
  2. Label & Instructions: If eligible, we will email you the return instructions and a prepaid label (for defective items) or the return address (for remorse returns) within 24-48 hours.
  3. Ship: Pack the item securely. If using our prepaid label, drop it off at the carrier location. If returning due to remorse, please purchase shipping with tracking.
  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. It may take up to 10-15 additional days for your bank to post the funds.

7. Order Cancellation 

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order is sent to production and cannot be cancelled.
